AMS Vertafore Buys Canada Keal

Guys...
Remember that AMS Vertafore bought QQ,
then Applied bought Compu-Quote,
now AMS Vertafore bought Canada's Keal broker(agency) mgt system.

Anyone get the idea that Vertafore and Applied are sitting down over drinks figuring out who buys what, and sells what, so they don't have to compete? They may not, but after so many years of swapping like this, it makes you go HMMMM!
Vertafore had a run in with the law before over a product they made for ISO that allowed companies to price against each other...so not a new thing if it did happen.
