Intro to Insurance courses - New employee

Does anyone use SCIC/CIC online courses for new employees? They have some online intro classes for $30.

I have a new employee/admin asst that I want to start down the path of CSR for personal lines. What other options have you used for online classes. I don't have the resources in house to train her. I know Hartford school of insurance has a class, but that's about $1,000 and I'm not sure if she is that committed for me to invest that much right now.

I looked online and it seems as though most of the lower end online courses are just CE which wouldn't do her any good.
