What kinds of volume are you all seeing in your agencies in terms of non-pay cancellations, no response audits, etc? Is this year any different than others? Of course I am talking about the "Select" (under $10k premium) segment.
Over 20 years and at 6 different agencies/brokerages, I have never seen a volume like this, in those things. I'm coming to the conclusion that it's probably not the marketplace or economy, but the agency that I'm at right now. While there's nothing wrong with their marketing (I mean advertising, not marketing to carriers) strategies, I am coming to the conclusion that these strategies attract a high percentage of accounts that have, for lack of a better description, non-compliant tendencies.
