Maybe try NSD (Nation Safe Drivers). They are similar to an AAA roadside product, but not sure if they'd do a commercial use pick-up truck. Their website is http://www.nsdmc.com/nsd_ogk/products/r ... stance.asp, and their contact info is at the bottom, so you can reach out to them if you'd like.
