Hello,
I recently talked to a friend of mine. She is fairly new in insurance industry with just about 2,5 years working as AAM. She was recently hired by a retail firm with a salary of $55K and training (?). When i congratulate her, she said that it wasn't a big deal and 55K is really a minimum that the inexperienced account managers get paid.
So i am curious if she is correct or just lucky. What would be the salary for a solid AM with 15+ years experience servicing middle market accounts?
