We tried them, had good luck with one remote worker. Another was mediocre. I think the idea is good, but they did not nurture the relationship with our agency, at all. My guess is that they are more interested in larger agencies, but I do not know that for sure since they never really reached out to us to see how they did. It's a niche market for sure. I would think that the ideal market is the smaller agency that needs transient or permanent part time help, and does not have a dedicated HR dept.
