I am curious to find out if there is a specific rule against putting my agency's information over that of the E&S broker that the policy is written through. So instead of the E&S broker's name shown as agent on the policy, I put my agency's label over that of the E&S broker. Let me now if anyone has any ideas about this.
thanks

As long as you dont cover over the stamp of the E & S that is on the policy. If you need more clarification on this check out the FLSLO.com for all the information.

Any evidence of coverage (Dec's, certs etc) issued by a producing agent pursuant to this section must include the name and address of the authorizing surplus lines agent per Florida Statute § 626.922 This applies only to surplus lines/non admitted business.
