Our office has $2,000,000 of BOP and Middle Market accounts with a major East Coast carrier. The loss ratio for the past 5 years is less than 15%. Unfortunately they do not wish to pay a profit sharing bonus to our firm because of a technicality. We are looking for an alternate company to transfer 50% or more of this business to a carrier who will give our customers competitive rates, pay us competitive commissions and reward us with a fair profit sharing program.
