As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage and update policies.

Candidate Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good customer service skills or prior experience
  • Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center

Shift Information
Our claims call center is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. We staff various shifts within these hours and ask our associates to be flexible.

Training
Prior insurance experience is not necessary; we provide comprehensive and on-going training! You'll receive on the job paid training to help you learn what you need to know to assist customers with many different types of requests. Once on the job, associates receive frequent updates and on-going training to keep their knowledge up-to-date and develop their skills.

Salary Information
At GEICO, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary with annual merit reviews. Starting Pay: $41,000 - $44,000 annually, depending on education.
