Employee Benefits Section Manager

Huntington Insurance is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits insurance professional to manage and lead our Columbus, Indianapolis and Cincinnati account management team. The Section Manager role is responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to deliver excellent client service as well as the hiring and development of new colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of service for our Columbus, Indianapolis and Cincinnati employee benefit clients
* Train, coach and mentor colleagues on coverage and client service issues
* Establish and monitor quality of service levels to ensure client focus and timely delivery
* Collaborate with managing director and producers on retention and new business opportunities
* Implement procedures and ensure consistent use of agency systems
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor progress on colleague goals and conduct performance reviews

Basic Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Licensed for life and health with experience managing large group clients required.
* Minimum 7 years of insurance industry experience required.
* Prior management or supervisory experience required.
