Mission:
The mission for the commercial insurance sales professional is to grow the gross premium of the agency by successfully selling insurance to businesses.

Outcomes:
1. Responsible for meeting the company's sales new production goals.
a. Influences the sales process and captures new business
b. Close accounts monthly.
c. Effectively work network of referral partners.

2. Market the agency in a positive manner online and in person to attract clients and referrals.
a. Attend networking events to promote the agency.
b. Maintain a positive, professional LinkedIn profile in relation to the agency.

3. Manage the relationship with new clients so they would be crazy to leave us.
a. Send quarterly emails "checking in" with clients in alignment with the agency's contact process.
b. Implement and manage the 4-touch client management process for large accounts.
c. Collaborate with CSR to ensure client-specific customized service.

4. Maintain a high level of confidence and discretion
a. Do not share any information about the company business with anyone unless directed specifically to do so.

5. Create a sales strategy that aligns with the CEO's annual planning cycle.
a. Measurable, attainable and fiscally feasible.

Competencies:
• Experienced Commercial Insurance Producer_ minimum of 10 years proven track record
• Valid California license for Property and Casualty in good standing.
• Personal attributes conducive to this position include integrity, customer service-minded and exceptional follow through.
• Professional demeanor including appearance, articulate and confident.
• Proven, verifiable history of sales success
