Position outline: Commercial Insurance Agent duties. Communicate clearly with clients and insurance companies. Create and organize detailed important information. Manage a great deal of information on computer systems. Are or will dedicate yourself to becoming a true insurance professional and counselor.

Skills Required: Excellent communication skills. Organized. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs and computer competent. High level of reading comprehension and writing ability. Pleasant, tidy and respectful. Commercial Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Good academic performance in past is a good indicator of success in this position.

Compensation: $38,000 - $55,000/year base salary depending on experience (little to a lot) and resume, plus bonus eligibility after 6 months typically equating to 15-20% more in compensation. Bonuses for 2nd year employees average $8,000/year plus. More with specific relevant experience. Professional, comfortable work environment. Basic hours are 8-4:30 each day. 3 ½ weeks paid vacation accrues first year
