The Role

In this role you will
perform recurring plan administration services, tasks specific to special
projects and other ad hoc client support services as requested for clients’
defined benefit plans under the supervision of senior analysts.


  • With guidance, perform routine
    plan administration tasks for clients’ defined benefit plans (including
    benefit calculations, annual data updates, data auditing, preparation of
    benefit statements and processing benefits for payment)
  • Work in a collaborative
    environment on a client team  (including plan administrators and
    actuaries) to complete tasks and to ensure timely and unified delivery of
  • Gain a thorough understanding
    of plan provisions (including benefit formulas, options, eligibility) and
    administrative processes
  • Follow and update documented
    procedures as directed
  • Maintain complete and accurate
    work papers and audit trails
  • Learn and use Professional
    Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality
    output/service delivery
  • Communicate clearly and
    concisely, via telephone and email, with clients’ human resources
  • Adhere to plan provisions,
    statutes and government regulations in administering plans
  • Actively participate in team
    meetings and training activities
  • Be accountable to team members
    for project responsibilities

  • Willingness to work overtime as
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years
    of professional experience desired
