Job Family SummaryThe Associate Manager, Digital Insights is a key resource within Allstate’s Social Media Center of Excellence (COE). The Social Media COE consists of three teams (Social Experience, Brand Editorial and Digital Intelligence & Engagement) which are part of the larger Marketing, Innovation and Corporate Brand division. This role is on the Social Experience team which is tasked with creating upper, middle and lower-funnel social content and experiences for the brand.

Their work should result in increased content quality, buzz, brand love and consumer engagement.
The Associate Manager, Digital Insights provides data, consumer insights and cultural truths that serve as a springboard for creative briefs, brainstorms, reports and social creative development. In addition, they will research and present best-in-class social brand campaigns and make data-driven partner recommendations. They will also be responsible for measuring social content performance. Lastly, they will be an input in editorial planning and social innovation programs.

They are naturally curious, love translating data, passionate about modern media and driven by the idea of disrupting a category. - Synthesizing data into actionable consumer truths and cultural trends that can be used in social creative briefs and brainstorms
- Researching and sharing out top brands’ social campaigns as part of the creative briefing process
- Making data-driven partner recommendations (ex: influencers, publishers, brands, non-profits, new social platforms)
- Monitoring social creative work from brief to execution and reporting on content performance. Content performance reporting will be used as an input into other brand reputation reports.
- Provides data and recommendations to the Social COE’s Senior Managers and Director that help refine Allstate’s social strategy and prioritize innovation and engagement programs
- Advise colleagues during Corporate Brand Editorial Planning process and Social team calendar planning
- Advanced user of social listening and digital intelligence tools including Brandwatch, Sprinklr, BuzzSumo, Cision, etc.
- Deep understanding of how ideas are talked about and spread on social media
- Experience creating clear and actionable social listening reports read by an executive audience
- Demonstrated ability to advise creative, communications, tech platform and media partners
- Strong presenter with the ability to quickly articulate a POV with rationale
- Ability to simplify written and verbal communications to gain executive-level buy in on ideas
