Job Summary

The HR Recruiting Manager manages a functional recruiting team with multiple direct reports and is charged with direct oversight of day-to-day recruiting operations, goals, client status, and client satisfaction to ensure a pipeline of talent exists for employee roles within a large business unit. The role requires an autonomous worker focused on operational excellence that actively collaborates with hiring managers, leaders and HR Business Partners on hiring goals. This role has significant influence in the execution of employee hiring strategies and will participate in the design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and talent development within the team; set framework, environment and opportunities for team members to develop their knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Utilizes tools and services to support Talent Acquisition’s Guiding Principles, including measurement, coaching, transition and onboarding support, team effectiveness, and consulting
  • Presenting macro-level data and analysis to influence the direction of the organization; conducts trend analysis on the rollout of new strategic initiatives and the implementation of broader TA goals
  • Drives adoption of the organizational strategic plan; identifies points of friction and integration for the broader organization
  • Engage with business stakeholders and other HR leaders in a matrixed environment to execute strategy for employee hiring goals; exert significant influence and persuasion amongst business leaders and HR partners
  • Implement processes, products and services that support strategic and business direction with a long-term impact on achieving business talent goals

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 or more years of related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketing

Functional Skills

  • Excellent management and people development skills; the ability to inspire, and engage team members and influence outcomes with leaders
  • Broad working knowledge of the HR industry, programs, policies and procedures in management or a recruiting field gained through extensive experience and training
  • Ability to develop & deliver effective presentations infused with data and analytics; demonstrates consultative facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in implementing and delivering new programs and initiatives
  • Consult and provide expertise in recruitment, strategic HR implementation and metrics
  • Possesses the ability to think both laterally and vertically across multiple client areas; uses systems’ thinking to drive operational strategy focused on the development and training of assigned team
  • Demonstrated history of using analytics to shift the strategic direction for areas of accountability; has completed multiple large-scale projects aimed at improving organizational performance/efficiencies
