Job Summary

Provides functional, procedural, or strategic guidance to create value, maximize growth and improve business performance for the organization.


This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex consulting projects as well as oversees the execution of solutions impacting regional technology. Leverages business and industry knowledge and best practices when consulting with business partners and clients to recommend innovative solutions to complex problems. Responsible for influencing others directly or virtually to accomplish business goals/objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates understanding of the agency distribution and technology systems. Leads the governance of ROADs environment for assigned territories
  • Ensuring ROADs environment has proper SOC alerts implemented and alerts are captured and being managed and performs monthly reporting reviews.
  • Ensuring enterprise standard Change Management practices to ensure all applications are tested in a test environment before deploying to production and will be the final approver for all change order requests.
  • Perform all onboarding and offboarding according functions in accordance with security standards that include, managing key delegate rights and performing reverification of access. Contact for any security related incidents
  • Initiating regularly scheduled PEN testing and remediation
  • Maintaining recoverable unit and documentation per ATSV security standards.
  • Partnering with architecture services will ensure all TDM’s and developers are aware of all current and future architectural and security policies, and will ensure all applications are tiered accurately. All disaster recovery plans will follow ATSV enterprise disaster recover standards for tiered application.
  • Ensuring all standard patching communication is received and developers perform proper application testing after patching cycle is complete.
  • Identifying applications that need to be registered in BarometerIT and remediating any legacy applications identified (SM8)
  • Ensuring Data needed for test will be properly stubbed – no production data will be used
  • Understands enterprise cost structure and components that influence profit/loss. Oversees execution of solutions that will positively impact profitability and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead technology implementations across the agency distribution channel. Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures.
  • Analyzes/forecasts volumes, trends and resources enterprise-wide.
  • Identifies issues, formulates and implements recommendations/solutions for clients/users.
  • Incorporates business and industry knowledge of trends and best practices in solving complex problems.
  • Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
  • Develops assumptions and end-to-end business scenarios, interprets results, and reviews and provides feedback to improve the quality of the deliverable.
  • Leads client presentations and conducts complex and high-level or sensitive interviews, focus groups and workshops.
  • Acts as a resource or mentor for colleagues with less experience.
  • May direct the work of other staff members and/or lead a virtual cross functional team.
  • Provides strategic guidance to business partners and clients.
  • Makes decisions regarding strategic direction.
  • Ensures successful completion of projects.
  • Drives overall project deliverables to include implementation, organizational change management, communication, and user adoption.
  • Provides direction to senior leaders on translating strategy into outcomes and goals that can be monitored to assess progress.
  • Initiates and supports business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services.
  • Supports and champions business optimization initiatives by collaborating with business partners across the enterprise.
  • Assesses the impact and recommends the implementation of business plans across the enterprise.
Job Qualifications
  • Education/ Experience/Certifications:
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience leading senior consulting staff and/or complex projects required.
  • MBA, insurance industry knowledge or consulting certifications (i.e. BPM, Six Sigma, ASQ, Facilitation) a plus.
