Job Summary

We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Manager-Employer Brand & Recruitment, to help us take Allstate’s Employer Brand to the next level. This person will be responsible for the development of integrated recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to Allstate across three key talent segments; Tech, Insurance Sales and Claims. This person is a strategic visionary and creative storyteller with innovative ideas to engage known audience pools while also pressing partners to think of new and untapped opportunities.
Although this person will have ownership of highly visible programs, they won’t go at this alone. They will work closely with many internal and external partners to bring it all to life which is why we need someone that possess strong project management and leadership skills to lead the charge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, execute and support fully integrated marketing campaigns using proven recruitment marketing tactics and strategies
  • Lead creative development initiatives that articulate unique talent value propositions throughout various candidate touchpoints that are rooted in research-based methodologies and techniques
  • Challenge the status quo to understand the unique business challenges with the goal of supporting the recruiting life cycle through various marketing efforts including targeted paid media, social and digital engagement through content creation/curation, event support and marketing collateral development
  • Define measurements for success to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and return on investment through reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Allstate (HR/TA, Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, Consumer Brand, Corporate Communications, Legal, Technology, Sales & Ops, Claims, etc.) to develop and curate content amplifying our EVP and brand identity
  • Manage and allocate budget for tools and resources to support recruiting function
Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer brand with ability to implement talent attraction programs
  • 2+ years in digital marketing and paid advertising (online + local offline tactics); Knowledge of PPC job board management, SEO/SEM and social advertising is highly desired
  • Experience in full cycle marketing/creative project management
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and client relationship building skills
  • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver that displays growth mindset
  • Experience managing vendors or external partnerships
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to influence decision making using data
  • Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
  • Possession of excellent presentation and consulting skills, including the ability to influence others
  • Marketing agency experience is a plus
  • Experience with people management is a plus
