Job Description Summary
The goal of the Travelers Finance Internship position is to attract and develop self-motivated Sophomores (rising Juniors) who are interested in continuing their career in finance.
As interns, you will be exposed to a challenging work experience with planned activities giving you insight into business and the many career options that lie ahead for you.
With many company-wide and community outreach events, you will have the opportunity to interact and network with many levels of leadership and management.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • The Travelers Intern Program provides qualified students an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand business experience, and receive valuable on-the-job training.
  • Travelers Interns are provided exposure to all levels of management and have the chance to collaborate and network with other development programs during work assignments, and social events.
  • The interns are viewed as a primary source of future internships for the Finance Leadership Development Program.
  • You will receive challenging work assignments that add value and impact the business.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Obtained or pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
  • You must be 18 years of age to apply.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
  • Sophomore (Rising Junior)
  • Finance and/or Accounting ma
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
