Job Summary

As a product manager you will establish the product vision, define the backlog, and maximize the value delivered by the development team. As new problem spaces emerge, you’ll drive identification and validation of assumptions through your strong product discovery techniques. And last, but certainly not least, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring successful go-to-market and communications strategies both products and our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute towards creating the product strategy for one or more products in our growing product portfolio.
  • Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to recommend on product strategy.
  • Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” by deeply understanding the needs of current and potential customers.
  • Engage in test and learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
  • Provide input on how to break down complex problems into manageable tasks through backlog management.
  • Assist with creating an effective vision and gathering timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
  • Assist with defining the value of work through a defined and rigorous intake process.
Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 5 or more years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Functional Skills

  • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience shipping software
  • Experience in an environment where you determined the best course of action to meet your KPIs
  • Ability to contribute towards data-driven decision making on complex and innovative concepts
  • Ability to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
  • Ability to use empathy to facilitate cooperation from users and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Data

The minimum salary for this position is $90,000. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
