Job Description Summary
Under general supervision, responsible for performing bank account administration and bank fee analysis. Works with internal business partners to meet their Treasury needs. This position does not lead others.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitors, analyzes and prepares invoices for payment of bank account fees.
  • Works with internal business partners on operational activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Manages the opening/closing of bank accts and adding/removing of bank account services.
  • Project management and data analysis as needed.
  • Leverages Treasury Workstation in support of daily Treasury activities.
  • Processes trades and trade settlements.
  • Helps monitor transactions at banks for recording in our treasury work station.
  • Monitors asset positions held for state deposit purposes and processes security exchanges.
  • Completes annual State Deposit reporting requirements.
  • Gathers information for audit and SOX requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related course of study.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in finance, accounting, or related treasury activities.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
  • Prior experience working with banks and/or financial institutions preferred.

Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies
  • Must possess intermediate financial acumen.
  • Intermediate ability to think logically; possess independent problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and good understanding of database concepts.
  • Intermediate communication and active listening skills.
  • Working knowledge of Treasury management systems preferred.
