Associate Client Manager to support M&A Service Ops Leader to manage operations internally within M&A and with service teams handling M&A business.

Responsibilities:


Submit and track Mission Control requests

Coordinate Surplus Lines activities for Transactional Risks placements

Compile data and information from various sources to support financial reporting

Serve as team resource providing guidance, training, and direction to members of the group

Maintain and distribute reference materials

Reply to a high volume of queries

Special project management



Requirements:


5-10 years experience in an exacting corporate environment

Ability to learn operations protocols across multiple systems and functions

Service support focus

Superior interpersonal skills for working with colleagues and clients

Strong verbal and written communication skills (both phone conversation and email writing)

Problem solving abilities including critical thinking, research, creativity, and adaptability

Attention to detail and process oriented

Time management and organizational skills

Ability to learn and/or perform complex processes with variable work inputs and outputs

Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills to include Outlook, Word (including templates, tables, headers/footers, mail merge, etc.), PowerPoint, and Excel (data entry, formatting and formulas)

Ability to work independently
