Job Description
We are hiring for an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team! As the assistant commercial lines account manager with Rise, you will enjoy helping our clients and our team by providing outstanding administrative support, maintaining all records related to claims and policies, and always representing the company in a professional manner.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Claims management:
This involves claims verification, processing, assessment, withdrawals, reconciliations of claims- Collectively and/or independent plans, designs and implements appropriate insurance programs for clients that coincide with HOA guidelines.

Process certificates, handle lender questions and requests, file policy documents, assist with renewal filing and submissions.

Ensure completion of internal risk management claims as well as litigation management.

Maintain excellent data of all records related to claims, examining the risk liability of the firm, assisting in risk management and procuring new benefit vendors.

Processing insurance claims on behalf of the firm, performing paper-work jobs during deadlines, drafting and presenting reports to management in systematic manner.

Tracking a high level of claims.

Ability to facilitate the insurance claims process.

At least 2-4 years of commercial insurance experience.

New business services experience PREFERRED.

Experience with claims / insurance reporting. Should have excellent mathematical and analytical skills to understand data.

Intermediate to Expert level knowledge in Excel

CISR preferred but not required
