ClassicPlan Insurance Premium Financing, Inc is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our family-owned organization specializing in insurance premium financing. With an excellent reputation for customer service and innovative products we view employees as a key to our success and are looking to find the ideal candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with existing customers as well as prospecting for new accounts. We are seeking a qualified, responsible and outgoing person who enjoys face to face and virtual business development meetings. Position requires extensive phone work and travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Experience
  • 3 + years of Managing a Sales Territory
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Self-motivated, Independent and Able to Work with Little Supervision
  • Ability to Follow a Specific Sales Process
  • Excellent Time and Territory Management Skills
  • Ability to Work in a High Energy Sales Enviroment
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Positive and Energetic Phone Skills
  • Excellent Listening Skills
  • Strong Writing Skills
  • Ability to use Common Computer Applications
  • Must have the Ability to Exemplify our Commitment to Exceptional Customer Service
  • Experience in Insurance Premium Finance is a plus, but Not Required
  • Bi-lingual and/or Field Sales Experience is a Plus
