Willis Towers Watson Southeast, Inc. seeks Account Executive (Miami, FL) to be responsible for all account management activities working within Willis Towers Watson compliance and service standards to reach strategic client service objectives with an emphasis on LATAM based businesses. Work with Producers and other Client Relationship Directors serving as the client’s advisor to all internal disciplines to ensure that the account team meets and exceeds all client deliverables and effectively manages and satisfies client expectations. Maintain and develop client-business relationships and market relationships. Design and create plans to support client business goals and create strategies to combat potential revenue losses, adverse claim activity and other loss control and risk management initiatives. Lead and develop a high performing client service team to exceed client expectations and ensure the team is structured and resourced to meet client deliverables. Use commercial insurance acumen in the areas of technical expertise, program structure analysis, loss forecasting, financial and CAT modeling to create the optimal portfolio of risk transfer and risk management solutions for the client. Lead the client advocacy and day-to-day servicing requirements and ensure that service is meeting or exceeding the client's expectations. Attend all client renewal meetings and develop an annual client service plan and specific renewal timelines to ensure the service team meets all deadlines and deliverables related to all key risk management objectives. Coordinate midterm Client Stewardship meetings, claim advocacy meetings as applicable and imitative key loss control efforts to assure Willis Towers Watson meets or exceeds all objectives outlined in the annual client service plan

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field, and 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in the property and casualty insurance industry, or a related position. Must have 5 years of experience with: Working with clients in the commercial insurance industry to assess strategy, tactics and creative solutions to tailor the end to end process for internal and external stakeholders; Working at a large multinational brokerage firm leveraging internal and external relationships to bring resources and assets tailored to client needs; Servicing large multinational clients across multiple industries; Presenting risk management solutions and driving complex/technical conversations with C-suite level executives; As a project lead managing multi-specialty resources in delivering timely client service and end-to-end execution of the commercial insurance renewal process; Preparing long and short term plans for clients and conducting technical presentations, developing innovative and creative solutions to complex risk management clients; With loss sensitive commercial insurance programs, complex shared/layered property programs, captive structures and captive engagement; With commercial insurance coverage forms, terms and conditions, and applying this experience to the analysis of program design, the identification of coverage gaps, and on-going coverage consultation; Preparing, negotiating and delivering fee compensation agreements; and Engaging in the formal RFP response process, including review, identification and coordination of line of business groups, document ownership and delivery. Up to 10% domestic travel required.
