Job Description Summary
The 2VP, Leadership Development Program (LDP) role will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of specific Leadership Development Programs. This role will provide substantial opportunity for both strategic vision and execution as we further develop the entry level leadership development strategies for our Company. This role will partner with Business leaders, Leadership Development Program Office staff and HR partners to deliver comprehensive, rotational leadership development programs for assigned business areas. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has experience partnering with managers and leaders at all levels, and a proven track record of building a progressive leadership development strategy. This role will lead a team of LDP Directors and report directly to the VP, Business Capabilities.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish strategies and execution plans, as well as, set priorities for leadership development programs and operating committees.
  • Be a trusted advisor and partner to Program Operating Committees/Sponsor Boards, other Senior Leaders and functional colleagues and influence leadership development program strategies.
  • Stay informed of market research, analysis & industry trends; leverage information when setting strategies.
  • Responsible for operational execution of program (e.g. managing budget, Program office staffing, performance management, compensation, etc.).
  • Responsible for full life cycle of participant experience, from interviewing, onboarding, rotation identification, to graduate placement.
  • Develop training & development strategies and execution plans in partnership with Program Office Learning Liaison.
  • Identify and develop relationships with universities & community organizations in partnership with University Relations.
  • Develop and monitor program metrics and processes; adjust strategies/plans accordingly.
  • Be the brand ambassador for the program(s).

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience working in Leadership Development or related business experience required.
  • Strong understanding of technology business function.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A thought leader in the leadership development field with a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices across multiple programs.
  • Ability to establish strong presence with executives at all levels.
  • Ability to execute on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination and program management.
  • Strong influencing and consulting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
