Job Description Summary
The Vice President, Technology, Data & Analytics Learning is focused on the learning strategy for the Technology and the Data & Analytics organizations and leads the design, execution, and measurement of development programming to provide a continuous learning environment in support of business objectives. The VP, Tech, Data & Analytics Learning, will partner closely with senior Technology, Data and Analytics leadership and subject matter experts to develop the content and drive the execution of learning programs.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a broad-based strategic learning plan for capabilities aligned to Technology, Data and Analytics Roadmaps and workforce planning, spanning from early-career technical skills to digital literacy for business leaders.
  • Analyze and understand existing development gaps to identify program needs and inform the organization wide learning and development strategy. Identify and leverage commonalities in content and approach where appropriate.
  • Using strategic workforce plans and technology roadmaps, deliver the tools and resources needed for an Agile organization to up-skill and re-skill our talent to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Lead and continuously strengthen the Tech, Data & Analytics Learning function across the enterprise.
  • Review training techniques and programs for inefficiencies and provide recommendations to improve the engagement, performance, and mobility of team members across the organization.
  • Lead the development of measures for all training programs and regularly review to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and include mechanisms for ongoing analysis.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Learning colleagues to modernize the learning platform and integrate technology learning content with other business and relationship skills content to provide an exceptional holistic learner experience.
  • Stay abreast of state of the art, progressive learning and training trends to anticipate, respond to and manage opportunities including oversight of strategic learning partnerships.
  • Understand the changing environment, including the dynamics of a diverse workforce and develop learning solutions to best prepare employees to meet the changing customer needs.
  • Ensure the most cost effective and efficient design and delivery of Tech, D&A learning programs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition senior leadership to identify training needs and solutions to align recruitment efforts with overall workforce talent strategy.
  • Support the organization with the appropriate learning management system that includes the organization’s learning, development, compliance, and other needs
  • Ensure all development programming meets our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of learning/training experience.
  • 5 years of management experience.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
  • Master’s Degree in Training & Development, Organizational Behavior, I-O Psychology or related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10 years of leadership experience.
  • 10 years of experience in training, leadership development, and/or organizational effectiveness.

Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies
  • Expert level knowledge and experience of learning in a technology environment.
  • Proven track record with strategic goal accomplishment on large initiatives.
  • Experience with learning management platforms.
