Job Summary

The Manager of Recruitment Coordination is responsible for providing management and coordination for team operations and full-cycle recruiting coordination for the Talent Acquisition function. This role is accountable for managing candidate (internal and external) and hiring manager relationships; candidate scheduling, onboarding; compliance and data integrity; team processes; reporting; and other projects. This role provides high exposure and interaction with internal clients, business leaders, HRBPs and various other partners across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates for full-cycle recruiting operations
  • With minimal guidance, manages the team that orchestrates all aspects of the recruiting process including assigning requisition requests, scheduling of phone and candidate interviews, and conducting onboarding activities not limited to background check process, candidate travel, and other logistics as needed
  • Motivates, coaches and supports the teams’ personal and professional development aspirations
  • Designs, develops, and leads just-in-time training and communication to mitigate issues and opportunities
  • Provides direction and consultation for small-medium process and team changes resulting in increased operational effectiveness
  • Identifies process gaps, recommend changes and communications needed to reduce overall errors in TA operating processes; also, ongoing monthly distribution of process improvements, tips and training material to internal teach and department
  • Analyzes individual and team trends and informs leadership on possible new processes and best practices based on industry research; analyzes quantitative, qualitative and trend data:
    • Analyzes information from a variety of sources (i.e. SAP and Talent Connect)
    • Identifies how individual data points fit into a larger circumstance
    • Develops and maintains reports and communicate findings to involved parties
Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does have supervisory duties.

Compensation
  • Compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
