Job Summary

The Diversity Recruiting Manager will be responsible for executing the diversity sourcing and recruiting strategy for the enterprise. This will include building and sustaining a high-quality diversity candidate pipeline through engaging with talent in a variety of ways. It will also be responsible for maintaining and leveraging diverse partnerships locally and nationally. This position will have leadership accountability for a small team of Diversity Talent Engagement Consultants. Success for this role will be measured by increases in the diversity pipelines of underrepresented talent and conversion to diversity hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute action plans to increase the number of female and underrepresented minority talent in the pipeline, then moving them through the funnel and converting them to hire
  • Leverage external DE&I recruiting best practices, including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment and selection
  • Utilize project management skills to successfully drive outcomes from recruiting fairs, diversity conferences, and provide training to sources, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Maximize data, tools, and other resources to optimize diversity sourcing and recruiting
  • Lead the Diversity Talent Engagement Team holding them accountable for delivering qualified diversity hires

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • College degree preferred
  • 5 years of related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • AIRS Diversity and Inclusion (CDR) Certification desired

Functional Skills

  • Experience building and executing diversity recruiting and sourcing strategies and diverse pipelines
  • Experience using analytics to consult and influence through storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze diversity pipeline and source data
  • Project and program management at the enterprise level
  • In-Person and Virtual Event and Conference planning
  • Proven experience partnering with external diversity organizations to build diverse talent pipelines
  • Holistic Problem Solving
  • Enterprise-wide change management
  • Compensation range for this position is $85,000- $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
