Job Summary

The Enterprise L&D Sr. Consultant I is responsible for delivering a broad scope of employee life cycle initiatives for employees and internal clients by applying professional judgment, knowledge, experience and a broad perspective. The individual will assist in the development, implementation, and delivery of routine and/or innovative solutions that support the employee life cycle with minimal supervision. Completes assignments of diverse scope and moderate to high complexity, coordinates activities, and impacts project-and team-results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquires and uses knowledge about the client organization and business in executing leadership development activities; ensures and maintains an understanding of overall business unit strategies and priorities
  • Assists in the design and execution of employee life cycle programs, processes and policies that are cost effective, competitive, attract/retain quality employees
  • Develops objectives and project plans for employee engagement solutions; individually or in collaboration with team members
  • Routinely runs moderate to large scale projects
  • Partners to create employee life cycle media, learning content, and activities
  • Analyzes and interprets data to draw conclusions to help drive leadership development solutions
  • Ability to solve a range of moderate to high complexity problems; analyzes possible solutions given experience
  • Builds effective relationships within and across the team as well as with internal stakeholders
  • Develops communications and branding; adapt communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal levels
  • Researches employee lifecycle solutions and draft options to improve employee experience
  • Creates basic queries and learning reports and measurement analyses
  • Actively participates as a member of the Skills Strategy and Enterprise Learning Teams, providing input and thought leadership related to solution design alternatives and recommendations
  • Maintains project documents, plans, and measurement for all significant projects
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience
  • Professional with strong organizational, communication (both verbal and written) and administrative skills
  • Prior experience in learning, employee life cycle, and program/project management
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Strong work ethic with commitment to high performance, quality and service excellence
  • Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners

Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of related experience

Compensation Data

Compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
