Compensation Data

Salary Range:

$56,000. - $79,500.

New Hire Sign On Bonus: $1500!

This opportunity is for an experienced and motivated motorcycle/off road vehicle collision damage estimator who will complete estimates from photos, and negotiate supplements with repair facilities utilizing live-streaming video! What you will do:


Work in a team environment within an Allstate Virtual Office Setting
Efficiently write an accurate estimates and supplements based on photos
Efficiently review, reconcile, and negotiate with repair facilities via Allstate's Virtual Assist, live-streaming technology
Perform OEM and Custom accessory part searches
Condition vehicles and prepare reports to settle total loss claims for customers
Determine salvage value
Service the customer with empathy while delivering compassionate service by understanding and meeting the customer’s needs

Job classification and hours:


Work schedule: To be determined based on business needs.
Weekend rotations with comp day.

This position is not open to CA residents.

Notice of Licensing Requirement


As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license.
If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed.

Licensing required; multiple markets preferred. Required to obtain required licenses within 60 days of hire


Job Qualifications

You’re a great Match for this Role if:


Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year motorcycle estimating writing experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the motorcycle industry (service, mechanical, total loss, etc.)
Strong knowledge base of Motorcycle parts and repair techniques
Working experience of estimating platforms such as ADP, CCC, or Mitchell
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
I-CAR or ASE Certification, and/or Adjusters license are desirable
Bilingual and military candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
