Job Summary

The Account Management Consultant manages channel development for key partner accounts. The individual will work with Sales Leadership, Account Managers and Client Services to bring the best of Allstate Roadside Assistance products to the client. Successful Account Lead Consultants are able to teach and provide relevant commercial insight, support the overall solution and exert control to help a client make an effective decision. By developing and maintaining favorable and trusted relationships with new and existing clients and partners, the Account Lead Consultant is responsible for Allstate Roadside Assistance solutions consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Account Manager on Account Management business strategy.
  • Provide account expansion through organic growth and new opportunities.
  • Contribute in developing financial forecasts and modeling, ensure that plans are developed on time and within company guidelines.
  • Influence contract compliance and all negotiations including change control and KPI attainment.
  • Broad understanding of partner goals/objectives and translate them into actionable solutions to drive profitability and partner/customer satisfaction – including ownership of the partner metrics.
    • Review and consult with the Network Operations group – ensuring network optimization and cost control
  • Leverages collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Data Analytics to develop customized marketing programs and based on partners’ goals and needs
    • Formulate a product / program strategy to meet the requirements
    • Work with Marketing, Operations and Implementation staff to develop new products to meet prospective and client needs
  • Co-manages all Quarterly Business reviews and preparations.
  • Represent the company at trade association and other industry and/or client meetings in order to promote product and network with key personnel.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal support functions (i.e. Operations, Marketing, Network, and Legal) that may assist in partner health, growth and planning.
    • Understand support function policies and procedures
    • Understand technology footprint and future state
    • Make independent decisions regarding partner management and growth.
