Job Summary

The People Analytics – Advanced Analytics Senior Consultant is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting a wide variety of data using contemporary methodologies within people analytics. The individual is expected to apply subject matter expertise and experience in the pursuit of their own work and collaborate across the People Analytics team to identify and assess functional and business challenges. They will guide the preparation of findings summaries based on research and analysis for presentation to HR clients and senior business leaders

Key Responsibilities
  • With limited direction, conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis on people data, using contemporary technologies and statistical methodologies to identify solutions that advance talent strategies
  • Communicates complex statistical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences, collaborating with team members to manage the various stakeholder requests
  • Partners with analytics consultants to understand critical talent issues and the business challenges that impact the organization
  • Designs and executes market research projects based on assigned business partner needs
  • Applies broad knowledge of relevant internal and external trends gained through benchmarking and analysis of labor markets/talent segments
  • Actively shares knowledge and experiences with the team, serving as an expert in qualitative people data, for example continuous employee listening, employee experience data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, HR, or relevant experience preferred
  • 3 or more years of data analytics experience, experience with people data preferred

Functional Skills


  • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills and the ability to apply business acumen in the research of people challenges
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of traditional and contemporary research methodologies, measurement, and statistical analysis techniques (ANOVA, MANOVA, Regression, Chi-Squared, T-Test, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of analytics technology solutions and experience using statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS or R).
  • Intermediate to advanced business communication, presentation, and writing skills to effectively convey quantitative information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience demonstrating judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data
Compensation Data

Compensation for this position will be $59,500 to $103,300/year. Actual salary offered will depend on selected candidate's experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
