Job Summary



As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you’ll play a key Agile Leader role supporting the organization’s transformation of its structure and culture to one that fosters business agility. This includes leading durable teams which support the operational needs for our products and services in Agile, traditional and hybrid approaches.



With a strategic perspective, you’ll ensure greater awareness, alignment, and more effective coordination of the priorities and resources throughout the organization.

Provide transparency into a broad and complex portfolio of products and services

  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders and executives
  • Serving as a strategic thought partner influencing product strategy and priorities
  • Ensuring cross-portfolio collaboration and effectively communicating to diverse audiences



Lead challenging cross-organizational initiatives including process design and improvement efforts

What you bring



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; may also have advanced degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated managerial experience required
  • Significant Agile delivery experience including Scaled Agile Certification preferred (e.g. SAFe Agilist, Lean Portfolio Manager)
  • Experience in leading/developing advancements and efficiencies via digital techniques, automation and artificial intelligence in the design of a process or product
  • Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies



Compensation Data



The minimum salary for this position is $110,600. The maximum salary is $177,000. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience. This is a bonus-eligible position.





The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
