Job Description

The HR Operations Reporting and Pipeline Analytics role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing all reporting/analytics, dashboards and creating stories for various levels of the organization. This role will have a solid understanding of all data points and measures and proactively gather requirements, synthesize, and consult on information and data.  This role requires the capability to independently execute reporting strategies and develop an output that demonstrates a mastery of research and consulting.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Data gathering and ensuring the integrity of data from internal and external sources
  • Analyzes data and make business interpretations to drive decisions, improve processes and identify opportunities 
  • Brings creativity and “outside-the-box” thinking with regard to recommendations based on findings from analyses
  • Analyzes individual and team trends and informs leadership on possible new processes and best practices based on industry research; analyzes quantitative, qualitative and trend data:
  • Analyzes information from a variety of sources (i.e. AllConsult, TalentConnection, Internal/External Job Reports, Direct Sourcing Usage Reports)
  • Identifies how individual data points fit into a larger circumstance
  • Develops and maintains reports and communicate findings to involved parties
  • Participates in team level projects focused on processes, candidate experience, compliance, and technology improvements

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 or more years of related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketing

Functional Skills

  • Experience with balancing routine and non-routine tasks along with ad-hoc requests in a deadline-sensitive environment 
  • Analytical mindset, creative thinking, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Advanced time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
  • Act as a resource and coach for less experienced team members across the organization
  • Client relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with clients at all levels across the enterprise
  • Professional with strong communication skills with the ability to partner with recruiting teams
  • Business writing skills with the ability to develop effective correspondence that will be implemented by stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Utilizes data to inform the actions of the team to achieve desired goals; leverages metrics, tools, and reports to calibrate the performance of the organization and provides coaching when deviations occur
Compensation Data

Compensation range for this position is $55,000- $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
