Compensation Data

  • Compensation range for this position is $64,700 - $105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

The Outbound Agency Support Senior Consultant is responsible for providing essential support to Allstate Exclusive Agency Owners and staff, offering efficient advice and solutions on standard questions and assisting agencies in business process execution. The Inbound Agency Support Sr Consultant will provide a one call resolution when possible, delivering quick and effective solutions to all established agencies. In addition, this role will connect agencies to the right internal resources and educate agencies on what resources are available and how to perform standard tasks. This is a home-based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide key support for established agencies with a focus on implementation of consistent
business processes to drive profitable growth, customer engagement and retention
• Document all interactions and resolutions in AllConsult
• Serve as the point person for general agency questions and escalations and determine when to
transfer to different Allstate resource or to the Field Sales Leader
• Educate agencies on what resources they have access to and how to leverage them to become
more self-sufficient and effective advisors and proactively identifies additional resources that
may be needed
• Provide outbound consultations to a segmented group of agents (two consultative touch points
• Stay up-to-date on changes that impact agencies and develop resolution paths to support
agencies during transition/training
• Leverage knowledge learned on the job and communicate findings and common areas for
improvement to Field Leadership
• Maintain strong working relationships with Field Sales Leaders, assisting them in growing and
improving agency owners and staff
• Identifies skill gaps and reinforces education with agency owners and LSPs, identifies and
shares trends with AST leadership

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
⦁ 4+ years of sales or client support experience
⦁ P&C (to be obtained within 60 days of hire) and Life and Health licenses (preferred)
⦁ FINRA Series 6 and 63 (preferred)
⦁ Ability to advise and educate (consulting skills)
⦁ Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement (problem-solving skills)
⦁ High emotional intelligence
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Strong technological capabilities (e.g. online chat, telephone, skype, online platforms)
⦁ Effective time management
⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
