Job Summary

The Strategic Support Manager works under the Director of Strategic Analysis and Support to help align and drive priorities of the Transformative Growth strategy. In this role, the manager collaborates with internal teams and enterprise partners to develop analysis of strategic issues, establish frameworks for measuring and assessing program progress, and coordinate resolution of strategic and execution issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partners with the CBT Business Transformation Office and Organizational Enablement Office to support the design and execution of Allstate’s Transformative Growth Operating Model.
  • Collaborates with other areas in the business to develop and establish frameworks for measuring and assessing program’s progress and successful executions of the business initiatives.
  • Develops and implements analysis of strategic issues and provides progress to Transformative Growth progress.
  • Identify and provide external benchmarks, assessments, and emerging issues and risks to the business
  • Coordinate the resolution of strategic and execution issues.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication strategy on the progress of initiatives for various stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 or more years of related experience

Functional Skills

  • Ability to put structure around broad business topics and develop end-to-end frameworks to address complex questions
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive research using information from multiple sources
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into material accessible to senior leaders
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and lead initiatives across organizations
  • Must possess high degree of learning agility with the ability to execute with broad direction
