Job Summary

The People Analytics Change Management Consultant will help Allstate build a culture of analytics by developing and implementing change plans to maximize the adoption, utilization and proficiency of analytic tools used to inform talent strategy across the enterprise. This individual will assist in implementing an enterprise change model and ensuring its integration into highly complex change initiatives to ensure successful rollout and adoption, including but not limited to change assessments, stakeholder identification and related work, engagement strategies, measurement strategies and change communication plans. Specifically, the individual will contribute to the implementation of new people analytics solutions, especially onboarding HRBPs, managers and employees as appropriate to ensure application of these new solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively partner with People Analytics leadership team and Practice Leads to identify the change management needs of analytics solutions, projects and initiatives across the entire portfolio
  • Perform detailed stakeholder identification and influencer assessments to support change management. Contribute to stakeholder management for the implementation of analytical solutions -- in collaboration with People Analytics Consultants and Scrum Master per the needs of each constituency group (i.e., develop plans as appropriate for team members, stakeholders, HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders).
  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand the downstream implications to people, processes and technology
  • Develop and maintain change management plans (e.g., Communications, Coaching, Sponsorship, Training, Resistance Management) and client-facing change deliverables
  • Assist key stakeholders (e.g., Product Owners, Sponsors, working team members) through the execution and measurement of change plans or activities (e.g., assessments, data collection)
  • Define milestones, identify measures of success, and implement activities that will advance the cultural change of analytics across HR




Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in communications, business or related field
⦁ 2 or more years related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

⦁ Prosci Certification preferred

Functional Skills


  • Clear passion for using human capital analytics to solve business problems and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate in our people analytics space
  • Intermediate knowledge of change management principles, methods, tools and templates
  • Intermediate experience developing, implementing and measuring communications and change management plans
  • Intermediate written communications, verbal communications and interpersonal skills, including experience developing and delivering internal and external communications
  • Intermediate facilitation skills in conducting strategy sessions, stakeholder engagement sessions, etc.
  • Intermediate experience and proficiency in conducting training needs analysis, training design and enablement programs
  • Intermediate stakeholder management, including experience interviewing stakeholders and conducting focus groups
Compensation Data

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. The offer will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
