This is an entry-level role supporting the Finance Team within Arity. This role will provide the individual with opportunities to develop their career by learning the business through supporting and enhancing existing reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. This individual will provide leadership with insights into monthly results by identifying variances and trends in monthly reporting and supporting functional areas with their Financial Planning and Analysis needs.
- Work with finance and accounting areas across the Allstate enterprise to create and drive ‘best practices’ within Arity
- Identify trends and alert leadership to large monthly variances
- Understand expense drivers to proactively manage unfavorable trends
- Assist in the development of monthly Arity ‘close’ processes
- Proactively contribute to an environment of continuous improvement within and across Arity teams
- Assist in creating accurate and timely reports to support monthly business reviews
- Analyze Arity financials to help influence leadership decisions by increasing transparency into results
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Math related field
- Experience: 0-1 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity

The salary range for this level position is $46,700 - $70,700. The salary offered is commensurate with experience.
