The Role


As a Health and Benefits Consultant working on the Vendor Partnership Delivery team, you will be at the junction of our strategic partnerships with innovative health care companies and our Consultants working directly with clients. The vendor partnership delivery team is responsible for managing, growing and promoting partnerships; developing and monitoring business strategy; educating consultants; and the day to day management of these relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn more about and help grow our existing partnerships, stay informed of the evolving virtual health marketplace, and interact with a broad range of internal colleagues and external health care companies. Key partnership areas in which you will be playing a meaningful role may include, but are not limited to the following: telemedicine, chronic conditions, musculoskeletal, behavioral health, virtual primary care and engagement/navigation.

The Requirements


  • 5 + years’ experience and success in one or more of the following areas: managing employer group health and welfare plans, working for health care companies delivering services or solutions to consumers or employers, managing health care company relationships in a consulting, brokerage or employer environment
  • Passion for innovation and leading change
  • Strong interest in developing and growing relationships both internally and externally
  • Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues; ability to think creatively to problem solve
  • Polished and strong organizational, written, analytical and verbal communication skills; ability to be detail oriented
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Availability to travel on an as needed basis
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
