Job Description Summary

Contribute to the management of a comprehensive Employee Experience Closed Loop strategy including the development of workflows, legal and employee relations follow up and tracking, training materials, and support the build out of these processes. This role has primary responsibility to provide consulting insight and analytics in the development and execution of major employee related closed loop projects and initiatives and will engage with functional and project leads to develop and execute plans. This role may also function as the project lead. This role partners with Enterprise HR, business line HR and Communications to drive employee experience results within the scope of accountabilities. The role also support initiatives to promote employee engagement, systematically building a process to alert HR related issues to the appropriate level and drive to a goal of ongoing improved employee engagement and productivity.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

•Accountable for driving development and implementation of strategy for a sub-component (Closed Loop) of employee experience supporting HR across the Enterprise.•In conjunction with Directors, help to transform HR employee strategies into tactical plans for execution. Responsibilities include internal and external data analyses and metric performance monitoring.•Manages or involved in the following:
  • Identifies employee interaction areas requiring a systematic or targeted closed loop program.
  • Implements strategy for gathering employee feedback.
  • Gathers and analyzes employee feedback for root cause analysis.
  • Develops recommendations in support of HR goals using the employee closed loop learnings.
  • Continually looks for improvements in workflows, processes, and data.
  • Partners with employee experience staff to implement recommendations as needed.
  • Develops robust training materials and information to help employees successfully implement these programs.
•Partner with the Operations and Design lead to recommend opportunities for listening expansion for more complete information gathering across businesses

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years working in employee experience related fields.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge

•College degree in related field, or equivalent experience

Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies

•Experience in employee and/or market research.•Experience in employee focused field.•Experience managing multiple priorities.•Demonstrated analytic skills to analyze wide variety of data and draw conclusions.•Demonstrated understanding and use of technology.•Strong interpersonal skills.•Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others.•May manage staff.

Additional Experience Preferred but not Required

•College degree in related field, or equivalent experience.•3+ years of management experience preferred.•Knowledge of HR or employee related practices.•Experience working on broad/business-wide projects or initiatives preferred.•Thorough Knowledge: Possesses advanced knowledge of subject matter in order to solve unusual as well as common work problems and advise on technical matters and to serve as a resource to organization.
