Job Summary

The Learning Experience Program Manager contributes to Allstate Technology, Services & Ventures (ATSV’s) success by providing learning solutions in support of our technology strategies while supporting a continuous learning culture. 
⦁    This includes simple to sophisticated learning solutions to support development over varying modalities. 
⦁    Duties will include all or a subset of these activities: needs assessment, project/program management, prepares instructional materials using instructional design best practices, development, implementation to meet the needs of our technology team, delivery/facilitation, and evaluation. 
⦁    In this Learning Experience Program Manager role, they will partner with business leaders, learning & development (L&D) leaders and L&D colleagues to build and continually innovate on learning experiences and learning campaigns which align with company values/culture and meet the business fast-growing high-growth environment. 
⦁    The results will positively impact both individual and professional development as well as increase engagement and drive learning goals

Job Description

Use learner-centered design principles to research, create, and prioritize our learning experience in new and existing content areas aligned to our learning goals and priorities.

Create design concepts for learning activities including approach and materials

Establish learning objectives, gathers information, researches and partners with subject matter experts as needed

Ability to leverage a variety of learning design methodologies to create learning programs that fit the need and audience

Curate and prioritize learning pathways for new and existing learner personas.

Demonstrate strong project management skills and lead, design, and develop large-scale projects with tight deadlines and communicate project updates.

Be nimble, resilient, and adaptable to the ever-changing environment and offer creative solutions based on experience and industry trends.

Maintain, evolve and expand the current curriculum or modules, leveraging best practices and future-focused innovations to support learning interventions.

Execute with strong project management skills, monitoring work-plans and managing against milestones

Develop, maintain, and execute learning resources including but not limited to webinars, podcasts, infographics, blogs, virtual and in-person events, and other identified educational material

Directly help ensure the Global ATSV organization meets its annual L&D learning goals

Job Qualifications

⦁    3 - 5+ years’ experience in program or project management
⦁    3+ years of experience developing, implementing, and continuously improving online and in-person learning experiences
⦁    Knowledge about UX design
⦁    Strong written and verbal communication skills, must be able to tell their story
⦁    Experience implementing adult learning best practices
⦁    Experience prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time
⦁    Experience evaluating data to understand trends that can help guide decisions
⦁    Experience developing relationships with technical and non-technical people
⦁    Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver
⦁    Experience using various tools to develop learning content (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe AfterEffects, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc.)
⦁    Experience managing the development and improvement of learning programs
⦁    Experience developing technical training content is a plus
⦁    Familiarity with the front and back-end of learning management systems (ex. SuccessFactors)

Compensation Data

The minimum salary for this position is $62,000. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
