To drive new business through strategic prospect analysis, sales reporting, marketing campaigns, business planning and client roundtables. Manage prospect tracking, growth and strategy with Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) Leader, Operational Leaders, Production Team and Client Service Teams. Collaborate with CRB Leadership in the management of growth analysis for the market. Works closely with Financial Analyst (FA) to insure accurate new business forecasting, variance reporting management, business planning and growth calculators. Also works closely with Marketing Segment team members to ensure successful campaign deployment and marketing activity within the region. This position receives some supervision, requires independent thinking and problem solving under prescribed standard operating procedures.

The Role




  • Maintain client and prospect contact lists in CRM to facilitate external marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness with the marketing team for the region

  • Maintain client contact list to coordinate annual client satisfaction surveys

  • Coordinate, analyze and deliver our intellectual capital readership among our clients and prospects with the marketing team to production on a monthly basis

  • Develop a strategy with the Business Development Analyst and liaise with segment and regional marketing to plan and execute CRB activities in market/region to drive growth themes through prospecting, webinars, drip marketing, events, etc.

  • Establish an annual regional marketing calendar and communicate the latest marketing news and updates on weekly basis

  • Uphold the usage and completion of business cases for event requests that fall outside the marketing plan

  • Maintain a regional list of external WTW engagements and associated cost

  • Promote NA CRB campaign strategies per industry/product specialty

  • Collaborating with segment and geography marketing for events, campaigns and thought leadership

  • Monitor Graduate Development Program and unsubscribes within marketing initiatives to ensure compliance




The Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, high school diploma required

  • 3-5 years sales, financial or marketing experience preferred

  • Moderate to advanced knowledge and training in Microsoft products

  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Epic, Power BI and Microsoft Excel is helpful

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and group presentation skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Basic knowledge of insurance industry

  • Strategic analysis skills

  • Strong relationship management skills; able to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources to support client and colleague needs
