Job Summary

A Marketing Program Coordinator supports business growth and improved customer loyalty through marketing program implementation. In the role, you will manage internal and external vendor relationships and vet new and existing programs offered to agencies through an online storefront. Through these partnerships and strong project management skills, you will operationalize the programs, ensuring on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution

  • Support the implementation of marketing programs
  • Participate in developing detailed project plans, timelines and measurement
  • Project manage low complexity marketing programs/Customer Experience projects and initiatives
  • Support & coordinate with field marketing teams to implement programs
  • Coordinate vendor activity for program implementation
  • Support basic integrated communication and marketing activities
  • Partner with other departments to identify needs and opportunities
  • Partner with other marketing teams to deliver programs on time and in accordance with budget


 

Agency Engagement and Education

  • Collaborate with the Field to support the development and delivery of education to agencies
  • Prepare and present dynamic marketing presentations on new programs


 

Measurement

  • Assist in the identification of marketing opportunities
  • Support results analysis with Program Management team
  • Identify trends and potential needs for improved agency engagement
  • Communicate program results, trends and potential needs
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience
  • Bachelor degree with marketing concentration preferred 
  • 2+ years of Marketing or related business experience 
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Intermediate Marketing/Customer Experience knowledge
  • Beginning/Intermediate insurance industry knowledge
  • Intermediate organization and project/program management skills
  • Intermediate communication skills
  • Beginner/Intermediate meeting facilitation skills
  • Beginner/intermediate presentation development and delivery skills
  • Beginner/intermediate relationship management and leadership skills
  • Beginner/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint  
  • Intermediate proficiency in online meeting solutions (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

Compensation
  • Compensation range for this position is $51,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.


The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
