Job Summary


The Senior Implementation Consultant II will report to the Zone Operations Leader.  The Senior Implementation Consultant II is responsible for assisting the implementation and execution of sales initiatives and product, pricing, and underwriting changes. With support and direction, the Senior Implementation Consultant II will work collaboratively with others to support go-to-market initiatives that drives profit and growth targets for an assigned state/zone or line(s) of business.   

Selected incumbent to reside in one of the states within this zone: MT, WY, ND, SD, MN, IA, NE, KS, MO, NM, OK,AR, LA, TX

    Key Responsibilities

    Go-to-Market delivery

  • Coordinates the delivery of enterprise go-to-market initiatives that support the Zone Leader growth goals
  • Support agency adoption and actively participate in agency and sales leader meetings (e.g. Regional Advisory Board sessions, town halls, sales leadership meetings, virtual consultations or daily interactions) to ensure field adoption. 
  • Provides field perspective to inform change plan
  • Supports feasibility and nuances of proper execution based on market and/or state specific content
  • Solicits feedback, best practices, testimonial from agencies/producers to share with zone partners
  • Sales best practice implementation and execution
  • Partners cross-functionally to successfully completes projects, plans, timelines, communications, presentations, and assignments from various AORs
  • Reviews available metrics to uncover opportunities and assures that proper execution and project controls are observed
  • Actively participates in building strong relationships among teams and team members to ensure cooperation on project objectives
  • Product implementation and agency engagement
  • Contributes to the delivery of end-to-end process that support new enterprise programs, products, processes or product feature changes to drive utilization and adoption by agency owners 
  • Organize and coordinate education process for product, price and risk management with stakeholders (FSLs, agents/producers) 
  • Participate in the delivery of education for product, price and risk management with stakeholders (FSLs, agents/producers) 
  • Supports the delivery of Go To Market initiatives
  • Product/Pricing/Underwriting Strategies and Plans
  • Assist with the creation of delivery plans and support the execution of Zone and Home Office Product and Pricing strategies 
  • Assist with the development of business cases to assess resources and talent development 
  • Job Qualifications

    •    Bachelor’s degree
    •    3 or more years of related experience

    Functional Skills
        Advanced written and oral communication skills with ability to effectively communicate specialized terms and data 
        Advanced knowledge of product, price, risk management and insurance regulation knowledge, with working knowledge of lines, rate plans and product offerings
        Working knowledge of current industry standards/environment 
        Strong collaboration and relationship skills
        Ability to plan, implement, manage, and/or sponsor projects of medium complexity and/or medium scale key initiatives using accepted project management standards
