The Senior Implementation Consultant II will report to the Zone Operations Leader. The Senior Implementation Consultant II is responsible for assisting the implementation and execution of sales initiatives and product, pricing, and underwriting changes. With support and direction, the Senior Implementation Consultant II will work collaboratively with others to support go-to-market initiatives that drives profit and growth targets for an assigned state/zone or line(s) of business.
Selected incumbent to reside in one of the states within this zone: MT, WY, ND, SD, MN, IA, NE, KS, MO, NM, OK,AR, LA, TX
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 or more years of related experience
Advanced written and oral communication skills with ability to effectively communicate specialized terms and data
Advanced knowledge of product, price, risk management and insurance regulation knowledge, with working knowledge of lines, rate plans and product offerings
Working knowledge of current industry standards/environment
Strong collaboration and relationship skills
Ability to plan, implement, manage, and/or sponsor projects of medium complexity and/or medium scale key initiatives using accepted project management standards
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
