This role will support the P&C team within the negotiation of property and casualty insurance programs for WTW M&A clients and prospects.

The Role




  • Assist P&C brokers with putting together comprehensive submissions including exposures and loss summaries

  • Complete flood determinations and NFIP quotes as required for all new accounts and provide necessary feedback as needed

  • Provide Cope/ISO reports and Marshall and Swift reports as required

  • Assist with closing certificates for new M&A clients being assigned to Select as well as P&C brokers for non-select business as required

  • Manage the successful account transition of all new bound business to new Willis service team including sending submission, loss runs, quote proposal email, order to bind email, evidence of binding email, underwriter contact info to service team

  • Work with P&C broker on all bound new business to make sure account folder is organized and WEM compliant

  • Follow up to make sure all new accounts have been entered into EPIC and invoiced correctly according to the binders

  • Performs other duties as assigned.




The Requirements




  • P&C Insurance Broker License within 12 months of hire

  • Participate in applicable Flood program seminars and continuing education as applicable

  • Demonstrate strong communication and organization skills

  • Superior interpersonal skills for working with colleagues and clients in a collaborative team environment. Ability to work independently, yet actively and appropriately engage the services provided by “extended team members” across the Shared Service Centers and Teams

  • Technology acumen to adapt to multitude of technology based systems (Epic, carrier online rating systems, NFIP program, Marshall & Swift, ISO, E-Mod, etc.)

  • Attention to detail and process orientation

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills to include email, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Exposure to Excel formulas and Pivot table creation/manipulation a plus
