A Day in the Life:

  • Utilize innovative tools and technology, investigate injuries and medical bills as result of an auto accident
  • Review claim files for coverage which includes reviewing policy endorsements, policy conditions, and state regulations to confirm coverage is available for the loss
  • Perform medical management by evaluating medical records and treatment plans, decide if continued treatment is appropriate, and work with 3rd party vendors when the need for an independent medical exam is identified
  • Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner
  • Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standard methodologies
  • Use data and analytics to problem solve and contribute to team goals by sharing ideas and opinions.
     


As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license. If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed
 

This role involves taking care of customers in their times of need. As a result, you must be willing to work some weekend and extended hours if necessary.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and/or prior customer service experience
  • Being bilingual and/or having prior military experience is a plus
