The Manager Research team assists in driving solutions for our clients by sourcing evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, finding the best asset managers and investment products globally. We have one of the largest teams in the industry with over 100 professionals across the world’s major investment hubs following one global, integrated process. Our expertise is built on a foundation of in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, combining a thorough understanding of each asset class with the ability to identify skilled investment managers
We currently have an opening for a Researcher, ideally based in either New York City, Stamford, though we will consider candidates in other locations (Atlanta, Chicago, Pittsburgh). This analyst will be a leading member of our North American fixed income team (core / investment grade fixed income) as well as a contributing member of our Alternative Credit research (high yield, bank loans, hedge funds and private credit). The researcher will work collaboratively to source new ideas, produce intellectual capital and market views, monitor managers and support client work. In this role you will gain exposure to the most highly respected credit managers in the world, forming opinions on their ability to consistently generate outperformance, and identify new themes that will impact credit markets. You will become a subject matter expert and be engaged in financial market developments.
For interested and capable candidates, there is also an opportunity to participate in manager diversity and sustainability initiatives, participating in our working groups and taskforces to further our thinking from a manager research standpoint.
We value creative and diverse thinkers, and those with natural intellectual curiosity are well poised to succeed.
