The Role



This role is the strategic partner to Region and Market Leaders by driving the execution of the go-to-market strategy and growth activities across markets and regions. Region Leads will drive the analysis, progression and consistency of the regional strategy across segmentation and industry while providing direction to supporting roles and collaborating with other Sales Operations LOB leads.

Responsibilities:




  • Responsible for Sales Operations coordination of national and regional growth activity to uphold consistent delivery

  • Deliver insights and partner with sales leadership and marketing to identify annual growth themes

  • Liaise with sales leadership teams to understand growth priorities and translate those priorities into activity through growth planning, account planning and sales campaigns

  • Partner with Growth Enablement Leader to identify local products, services, and solutions that are scalable at a geography level

  • Lead consistent approach regionally to ICF and NPS and manage execution locally

  • Deliver client monitoring themes regionally and execute action plans against thematic feedback

  • Create a regional community of Sales Operations colleagues to drive efficiencies against growth activities

  • Ensure data integrity within ECS and CRM(s) is upheld regionally

  • Validate reporting requests with region finance partners to connect and execute growth initiatives

  • Utilize and partner with COEs to execute marketing, RFP, contracting and reporting requirements

  • Execute and report progression of growth priorities through pipeline reporting in partnership with finance and uphold new business financial discipline

  • Act as an analytical partner for CRM and other sales tools by reviewing utilization and adherence

  • Develop right balance of activities split between colleagues in region, market and offshore

  • Create a community of Sales Operations colleagues to drive Sales Operations activities owned by the region/market

  • Develop and deliver guidance to support consistent implementation of Sales Operations activities

  • Hold markets accountable to consistent quality standards across region

  • Build mechanisms to share best practice and drive a culture of continuous improvement

  • Track Sales Operations KPIs to measure success of local team members

  • Manage and review colleagues in Sales Operations region function

  • Actively develop and mentor talent, providing direction, feedback and coaching

  • Share and leverage best practice across WTW to deploy across the region

  • Extensive senior operations leadership experience with a track record of sales and client management expertise

  • An ability to build, maintain and manage teams

  • Strong project management and analytical skills with ability to successfully communicate across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Strategic thinker

  • Ability to coordinate teams across WTW segments, functions and geographies

  • High level of business acumen

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
