As a Client Service Representative, you have the primary responsibility of providing exceptional support to the Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day client needs within the Employee Benefits division.  In this role, successful candidates need to have strong intrapersonal skills and good judgment to communicate with tact and confidence while attending to time-sensitive, confidential information.


Responsibilities



  • Handle all claim, billing, and enrollment issues; on occasion, work directly with the client.

  • Track all current issues and client correspondence in the agency software tracking system.

  • Coordinate quoting for small group medical and ancillary new and renewal business.

  • Assist with preparing proposals and other important documents for renewal meetings.

  • Provide support with other customer-related issues and projects as needed.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance license required.  If not already licensed, licensure will be required within 60 days of employment.

  • 3-5 years of related industry experience is preferred.

  • Computer Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products; experience with Zywave a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
