This individual has a strong presence with Sales Operations, Geography Leaders, LOB Leaders, Marketing, global SCM, etc
- Partner with Sales Ops Region Leads, the NALT and Marketing to identify and communicate HWC and R&B North American growth priorities
- Partner with client leads to understand our clients, their problems, and the market to inform our go-to-market/content strategy for growth priorities at each stage of the sales process
- Partner with Sales Operations Region Leads to identify new products, services, and solutions that are scalable at a geography level
- Partner with Marketing and business leads to define, develop and execute content, like campaigns and events, and provide training for the sales team
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the full range of products, services, and solutions client leads are tasked with bringing to clients
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the different markets and buyer hubs that exist and support strategies for communicating this to client leads and sales teams
- Manage a communication strategy to promote understanding and engagement around growth initiatives with all relevant stakeholders
- Manage business development operations and ensure the team is targeted and efficient in their approach
Key Skills
- Operations experience with a track record of sales and client management expertise
- Strong project management and analytical skills with ability to successfully communicate across multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent project management, planning, analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker
